Terms and Conditions – PKR100 Platform Rules & User Agreement

1. Introduction

Welcome to pkr100. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and pkr100 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing pkr100.onl, creating an account, making a deposit or using any part of the platform — including the Game Lobby, Sports Betting, Live Casino, Bingo, Betting and any promotional offers — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the platform. pkr100 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active players. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use pkr100, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pkr100 does not permit access to anyone under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for you personally.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, a third party, or a business entity when using the platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a pkr100 employee where this would create a conflict of interest.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

pkr100 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Where a player is found to be underage or ineligible, the account will be closed immediately, any pending withdrawals will be suspended and deposited funds may be returned minus any winnings generated in violation of these Terms.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one active pkr100 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same details or different ones — is strictly prohibited and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed along with forfeiture of any associated balances and bonus funds.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information including your name, date of birth, email address and any other details requested. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

• Your username and password are your responsibility. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• pkr100 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately and change your password.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials.
• Account sharing — allowing another person to use your pkr100 account — is not permitted.

pkr100 reserves the right to carry out identity verification at any point, including before processing withdrawals. This is a standard procedure and is not an indication of wrongdoing. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in withdrawal processing being paused until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on pkr100 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, cards and mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the Deposit section and may vary by payment method.

Funds deposited into your pkr100 account must come from a payment source that you personally own and control. Deposits on behalf of third parties are not allowed. pkr100 applies standard anti-money laundering procedures and may request documentation to verify the source of funds where required.

• Deposits are generally processed and reflected in your account balance quickly, though timelines vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa typically process within seconds.
• Withdrawal requests are processed according to the timelines displayed in the withdrawal section at the time of the request.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or an equivalent method in the player's own name.
• pkr100 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Where a bonus has been claimed, withdrawal eligibility is subject to the wagering requirements of that bonus being met first.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pkr100 offers various promotions from time to time, including deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and tournament prize pools. Each promotion has its own specific terms which will be displayed alongside the offer. Where there is any ambiguity between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion terms take precedence for that offer.

General principles that apply to all pkr100 bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 18 and above only.
• One bonus per player per promotion unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds and any winnings from bonus play are subject to maximum withdrawal limits as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• pkr100 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time, including in cases of suspected abuse.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, colluding with other players or exploiting technical errors to gain an unfair advantage on bonus terms constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account closure.

6. Gameplay & Casino Rules

All casino games available in the pkr100 Game Lobby and Live Casino section use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, actual physical equipment operated by trained dealers. Game outcomes are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed except in cases of verified technical error.

• Minimum and maximum stake sizes for each game are displayed within the game itself before play begins.
• RTP (Return to Player) figures are published by the respective game providers and are visible in the game information panel within the lobby.
• In the event of a genuine technical fault — server interruption, disconnection mid-round — pkr100 will resolve the situation in accordance with the relevant game provider's policies. Rounds that cannot be completed due to a platform-side fault will have stakes returned.
• Attempting to exploit technical faults, bugs or errors for financial gain is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

7. Sports Betting Rules

The pkr100 Sports section covers Cricket (including PSL, T20 and international fixtures), Football, Esports and other events as published. Betting rules specific to each sport are displayed within the Sports section. The following general principles apply to all sports betting on pkr100:

• All bets are accepted subject to availability and at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change up until bet confirmation.
• Bets placed after an event has started (in-play betting) are subject to the in-play rules displayed in the Sports section.
• pkr100 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently found to have been subject to manipulation, corruption or irregular activity.
• Maximum payout limits per event, per day and per sport category apply as displayed in the Sports section terms.
• Cricket match and tournament results are determined by the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, etc.). In the case of a match being abandoned or reduced-over formats applied, settlement follows the rules displayed for that event type.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds have been published at a clearly incorrect level due to a technical fault — may be voided at pkr100's discretion.

8. Player Conduct

All players are expected to use pkr100 in good faith and for legitimate personal entertainment. The following activities are prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent closure, along with forfeiture of balances where applicable:

• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose including bonus abuse
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with any part of the platform
• Attempting to defraud pkr100 or other players through any means
• Colluding with other players in any game type, including poker and tournament play
• Using abusive, threatening or harassing language toward support staff or other players
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering through the platform
• Sharing, selling or transferring your account to another person
• Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches or pricing errors

pkr100 monitors activity across all accounts and reserves the right to investigate any activity that appears irregular. Where fraud or collusion is confirmed, the relevant matter may be reported to appropriate authorities.

9. Responsible Gaming

• In no event will pkr100's total liability to a player exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim in question.
